Junior Account Manager

Full-time position based in Warsaw

We're looking for a real 'can doer' with a truly proactive attitude

What does the role involve?

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

What are the main requirements for the role?

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Enjoys overcoming objections and closing deals with challenging clients
  • Independent, creative, entrepreneurial mindset - vital
  • The ability to establish and build great business relationships with clients
  • Confident, open-minded and able to solve problems independently
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and a team worker
  • Able to meet monthly sales targets

Entry-Level Account Manager

  • Fluent in written and verbal Spanish or Italian (C1+)
  • Student status with a flexible schedule is a plus
  • Ideally B2B sales experience
  • The ability to establish great business relationships with clients
  • Confident, open-minded and albe to solve problems independently
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and a team worker

What are the main requirements for the role?

  • Helping Account Managers in managing the entire sales funnel from start to end: from acquisition and onboarding, negotiating with key attractions and tours for best conditions, closing deals and account management - we provide comprehensive training first.
  • Keeping up with, and being the contact person for your destination's market landscape - including tourism trends and competition.
  • Doing initial research for planned destinations and compiling databases of key suppliers, hotels and attractions per destination.
  • Negotiating better commission and better rates.
  • Arranging meetings with key tour suppliers on behalf of the Sales Director.
  • Translating website content to English and/or Spanish/Italian.
  • Resolving product or service problems (B2C) by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
